Expert Senior Estimator Role

In this role, you'll report to the Director of Operations and be responsible for leading the estimating process for a range of commercial construction projects. Your responsibilities will include reviewing specifications, preparing accurate cost estimates, and mentoring junior team members. You will also be instrumental in risk assessment and proposal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead estimating efforts for commercial construction projects

• Accurately review drawings and contract documents

• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies

• Prepare execution plans and resource requirements

• Mentor junior estimators to ensure best practices

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering Technology or equivalent

• Proven estimating experience with general contractors

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Advanced proficiency in estimating software

• Gold Seal Certification is an asset
