Position: Excavator Operator Needed
Join GNF Commercial Management Limited as a full-time Excavator Operator in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This permanent role is vital for supporting diverse construction projects on-site.

We are looking for experienced Excavator Operators to help execute digging, trenching, and grading tasks. Your strong safety awareness and skills in material handling will ensure efficient site operations. Ideal candidates have experience in outdoor construction environments and a background in operating heavy equipment, especially excavators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate excavators for digging and trenching tasks

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment for safety

• Maintain safe job site conditions in compliance with regulations

• Assist with overall site operations and logistics

• Handle materials safely during construction processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment

• Familiarity with residential or commercial construction sites

• Strong safety awareness and certifications like WHMIS

• Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding conditions

• Safety certifications in Fall Protection or First Aid preferred
