Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire construction project lifecycle

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and Cap Ex planning

• Lead all pre-construction activities and coordination

• Engage with multiple stakeholders throughout project delivery

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and building codes

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in construction project management

• Proven experience in renovation and complex projects

• Strong understanding of project costing and estimating

• Familiarity with Procore and similar construction software

• Relevant post-secondary education or certifications
