Note:

As per operating our construction business, you may be required to work for different work sites than our registered company address depending on a project by project. n  Key

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
· Erect and dismantle walls, building roofs, concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades required at construction sites
· Mix, pour and spread materials
· Assist heavy equipment operators
· Level earth to fine grade specifications using rake and shovel
· Assist in framing houses, and demolishing buildings
· Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
· Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove asbestos and other hazardous materials n

Experience:

Experience will be an asset  n

Education:

Completion of Secondary High School n

Languages:

English n  Weight Handling:
Up to 45 kg (100 lbs) n  Own tools/equipment:
Steel-toed safety boots;
Safety glasses/goggles;
Gloves;
Ear plugs n  Work Site environment:
Outdoors;
Dusty n  Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Handling heavy loads;
Physically demanding;
Attention to detail n
