Key Responsibilities:

Manage construction from pre-construction through completion
Coordinate design, budgets, schedules, and construction activities
Prepare tender packages and trade subcontracts

Requirements:
Construction degree or diploma, or equivalent technical training
Five years of construction experience or equivalent experience
Institutional or Commercial Project Manager experience
Knowledge of scheduling and project management software
