Job Description & How to Apply Below
Ready for your next challenge? Take the lead on one of Atlantic Canada's most ambitious projects!

Whether you're an experienced Project Manager ready to take the next step or an established Senior Project Manager looking for a significant new challenge, this is an opportunity to make your mark on a landmark development.

We're partnering with a well-established Dartmouth/Halifax-based developer-builder delivering one of Atlantic Canada's largest mixed-use developments - a transformative waterfront community that will take shape over the next decade. Featuring luxury residential towers, purpose-built rental communities, commercial space, hospitality, and public amenities - a chance to work on projects that will have a lasting impact on the region.

Working closely with a respected Director of Construction and an experienced leadership team, you'll take ownership of major project phases, contribute to a growing in-house construction team, and build a long-term career with a company that has a substantial pipeline of work ahead.

What You'll Do

You'll lead significant project phases from pre-construction through completion, working closely with site teams, consultants, trade partners, and leadership to deliver projects safely, on schedule, on budget, and to a high standard of quality.

  • Lead the planning and delivery of large-scale residential and mixed-use construction projects from pre-construction through turnover.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and financial performance.
  • Work in close partnership with Site Superintendents to coordinate field and office activities and keep projects moving forward.
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, trade partners, and stakeholders to support effective project execution.
  • Identify potential challenges early and develop practical solutions to protect schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Maintain high standards for safety, quality, documentation, and overall project performance.
  • Support and mentor project team members while contributing to the continued growth of the in-house construction team.
Build More Than a Project. Build a Legacy.

Join an established Dartmouth/Halifax-based developer-builder and play a key role in a landmark mixed-use development that will help shape the Halifax region for years to come.

Working alongside a respected Director of Construction and a growing in-house team, you'll have the opportunity to take on meaningful leadership responsibilities, contribute to an ambitious long-term vision, and build your career while making a lasting local impact.

Compensation: Competitive base plus bonus and benefits package reflective of experience.

Whether you're already based in Halifax or considering relocating from Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, or elsewhere in Canada, we'd love to tell you more about this unique opportunity.
