Become a pivotal force at Res Med as a Technical Writer for the Developer Experience Platform. This role is hybrid and integrates tech writing with UX to champion user success.
Utilizing over 5 years of experience, your role will craft approachable and engaging materials for diverse audiences. Collaborating with designers and engineers, you will create intuitive onboarding content while ensuring optimal standards across all documentation with the support of AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop user guides and onboarding documents aligned with user needs
• Engage with UX teams for coherent content strategies
• Edit and update documentation based on collective feedback
• Implement AI for enhanced documentation processes
• Produce educational videos for better user understanding
Requirements:
• 5+ years in technical writing, ideally in a software context
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Familiarity with content creation tools like Adobe Suite
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal capabilities
• Proximity to Halifax office for hybrid working
