This full-time, 8-month internship, starting January 2027, is open to enrolled students and recent graduates passionate about Technical Writing or Communications. Key Responsibilities:
• Craft user-centered help documentation and manuals
• Collaborate with product teams for effective content planning
• Research and simplify technical specifications into clear guides
• Write and design “what’s new” videos showcasing features
• Ensure content management workflows are maintained
Requirements:
• Currently studying or recently graduated in a relevant field
• Strong focus on writing, editing, and usability
• Experience with authoring tools and content management
• Familiarity with multimedia tools for video production
• Organized and adaptable to changing priorities
