As Senior Manager of Visual Design, you will guide multiple designers and steward Dandy’s visual identity. You will raise creative standards, build scalable design systems, and translate business objectives into integrated campaigns. The role combines leadership, resourcing, creative oversight, and selective hands-on design for high-impact work.
Key Responsibilities:- Set visual standards across Dandy channels and touchpoints
- Lead, manage, and develop multiple designers
- Build scalable design systems and campaign frameworks
- Plan team capacity and coordinate external creative resources
- Direct reviews and provide actionable creative feedback
- Eight-plus years in visual design
- Art Director or Senior Manager design experience
- Portfolio featuring integrated, multi-channel campaigns
- Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma
- Experience partnering with senior and executive stakeholders
