Duties & Responsibilities- Provide high‑quality customer service.
- Check‑in passengers and manage documentation while ensuring timely luggage delivery.
- Perform pre‑flight check‑in procedures, issue boarding passes, and manage boarding.
- Monitor carry‑on luggage and manage aircraft doors.
- Handle unaccompanied minors and assist passengers with reduced mobility.
- Oversee the international arrivals baggage area and verify identification.
- Assist with mishandled baggage recovery and report management.
- Respond to passenger inquiries via telephone and email.
- Maintain accurate records, update PNR files, and reconcile invoices.
- Uphold a commitment to the highest standard of customer service.
- Participate in Porter’s Safety Management System and report hazards and incidents.
- Assist other CSR functions as required.
- Concern for Safety – identify hazardous situations and act appropriately.

- Passenger/Customer Service – deliver service excellence.

- Permanent Canadian residency.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Knowledge of baggage handling procedures is preferable.
- Secure necessary security clearances.
- Detail oriented, multitask, and work well in a team.
- Proven track record handling difficult customer situations.
- Dependable with a clear attendance record.
- Flexible for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability for 25–30 hours per week (part‑time).
- Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Proficient in safe wheelchair operations.
- Adherence to all company policies.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
