Your role will focus on delivering exceptional customer service and handling branch rental needs efficiently.
As a part-time Senior Customer Assistance Representative, you'll interact with customers to assess their rental needs and provide swift solutions. The position requires you to manage inbound and outbound calls, process returns, and promote services effectively. Training and local guidance will enhance your customer service skills while you work in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Field incoming calls for reservations and inquiries
• Assist customers and assess vehicle rental needs
• Process rental returns and check-in procedures
• Provide directions and guidance to customers
• Conduct basic research and billing support tasks
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Minimum of 1 year in customer service roles
• Valid Class 5 Canadian driver’s licence required
• Must be available for part-time evening/weekend shifts
• Eligibility to work in Canada without sponsorship
Deliver outstanding assistance and support to customers at Enterprise while gaining valuable experience in Halifax.
