• Handle inquiries via phone regarding reservations and service details
• Welcome customers upon arrival and provide assistance
• Assess vehicle returns and report issues promptly
• Facilitate transactions at check-in kiosks
• Carry out administrative duties, including billing support
Requirements:
• High school diploma or higher is mandatory
• Minimum one year in customer service or sales
• Canadian driver's license with a clean driving record
• Availability for flexible work hours including weekends
• Must be at least 18 years of age
