Customer Experience Representative - Bilingual French

Location:

Remote (Must reside in Canada)

Compensation: $20.68–$21.63 CAD per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Contract Duration: 13‑month fixed‑term contract

• Process quotes, orders, refunds, and warranties into the ERP system.
• Assist customers and sales representatives via phone and email with inquiries. Clientele is 90% English and 10% French.
• Follow up and provide ETA on orders.
• Assist team members to ensure work is completed in a timely manner.

• 2–3 years’ experience in customer service (spoken and written).
• Call center experience (preferred).
• Fully bilingual (French and English).
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook).
• Experience in an ERP system.
• Works well under pressure and in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented.
• Good communication skills.
• Team player.
• Other qualifications or experiences.
