MCI Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inbound and outbound bilingual calls
• Translate customer issues and inquiries effectively
• Assist customers with billing inquiries and updates
• Document interactions accurately and thoroughly
• Escalate complex matters as needed
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Required fluency in English and Spanish
• Exceptional listening and organizational skills
• Prefer prior experience in bilingual customer service roles
