MCI is expanding its team and seeks Bilingual Representatives to engage with customers effectively. Your job will involve addressing inquiries, managing account updates, and ensuring a positive customer experience across both languages. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in both languages
• Translate communications to help clients effectively
• Assist customers with billing and account-related questions
• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions

Requirements:
• Must be fluent in both German and English
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Previous bilingual customer service experience preferred
