The Halifax Good Life Fitness club seeks a Customer Service Motivator to be the first point of contact for members and potential members. This part-time role focuses on creating a welcoming environment, answering questions, and assisting with inquiries to enhance the member experience. Your ability to connect and build rapport will greatly impact our community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in members upon arrival
• Assist potential members and provide club tours
• Manage incoming calls and inquiries effectively
• Facilitate Fit-Fix Starter sessions for newcomers
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the space
Requirements:
• CPR-A & AED Certification necessary
• Smart Tan certification within 3 months required
• Strong customer service orientation
• Previous experience in customer service or sales
• Familiarity with the fitness industry is preferred
