Shannex is looking for a compassionate Concierge to enhance community interactions in healthcare. You will engage with residents and visitors, handling calls and requests while ensuring their needs are met.
Your role will require organization, and you’ll enjoy working with a supportive team in a rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer telephone inquiries and greet visitors warmly
• Sort and distribute mail and couriers efficiently
• Enter resident service requests into management software
• Process client payments and maintain confidentiality
• Follow safety practices to ensure client well-being
Requirements:
• High School / GED completion required
• 2 years of experience in hospitality or retirement living
• Valid Nova Scotia Driver's License
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Passionate about serving seniors and healthcare
