In this vital role, you'll be responsible for greeting passengers, answering inquiries, and arranging all necessary services like catering and transportation. Utilize your VHF radio skills and manage cash transactions adeptly. The position also involves a variety of administrative responsibilities, ensuring efficient operations and happy customers during each flight.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer greetings and phone inquiries
• Communicate with staff via VHF radio
• Coordinate transportation and accommodation requests
• Operate the POS system for cash handling
• Handle filing and updating of customer information
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in a customer service capacity
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Strong teamwork skills and communication abilities
