As a front desk expert, you'll be the first point of contact for both Members and potential Members. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, handling inquiries, and resolving issues. You’ll leverage your knowledge of our services to enhance client relationships and promote memberships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome Members upon entry and check them in
• Manage incoming phone calls promptly
• Assist with gym equipment questions and concerns
• Conduct Fit-Fix Starter sessions for newcomers
• Ensure club cleanliness and conduct necessary cleaning tasks
Requirements:
• Must hold CPR-A & AED Certification
• Smart Tan certification needed within three months
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the fitness industry preferred
• Previous customer service experience is an asset
