This role involves supporting customer service operations through assisting customers, responding to inquiries, processing information accurately, and maintaining positive client relationships in a professional and fast paced environment. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, detail oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Answer customer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
Provide support with orders, data entry, and maintaining accurate records
Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent customer service
Assist with general administrative duties and office support
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments
Qualifications/Requirements
Previous customer service or administrative experience considered an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Professional, positive, and team oriented attitude
Reliable and dependable with strong time management skills
