As a full-time Flight Services Coordinator, you will ensure exceptional service delivery for various clients at PAL Aviation Services. Responsibilities include meeting clients, coordinating logistical arrangements, and managing essential communications.
Your role will be vital in enhancing the overall customer experience within our busy aviation operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and manage phone inquiries effectively
• Communicate with teams using VHF radio
• Arrange necessary services, including transport and catering
• Operate POS for handling customer transactions
• Complete required fuel slips and other administrative tasks
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service
• Capable of meeting deadlines while working under pressure
• Flexible with hours and able to work various shifts
• Effective in both solo and team environments
• Experience with cash handling procedures
Contribute to the success of PAL Aviation Services by providing outstanding service as a Flight Services Coordinator.
