This role centers on entering ticket reservations into the system while also assisting with daily train and bus handling. • Enter reservations into the ticketing system efficiently
• Answer customer queries through various communication channels
• Process transactions securely for both cash and credit
• Assist customers with train and bus schedules

Requirements:
• Experience in customer service settings
• Familiarity with computers and Microsoft Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team-oriented attitude with flexibility
