Join the Customer Success Operations team, bringing over 3 years of customer success or support experience. You will play a critical role in helping customers with product upgrades, renewals, and addressing escalated issues. Your ability to communicate well and empathize will ensure customers feel supported, while your operational expertise allows you to tackle challenging projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers to improve product adoption
• Assist with contracts and subscription management
• Provide training and support for escalated concerns
• Facilitate smooth transitions for offboarding customers
• Deliver impactful resolutions and aid in customer-facing initiatives
Requirements:
• 3+ years in Customer Success or Support
• Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence
• Expertise in Microsoft desktop/server systems
• Proven troubleshooting abilities
• Proficient in Salesforce and Excel tools
