Customer Experience Representative - French

Tasked with processing orders, refunds, and warranties in our ERP system, this role demands 2–3 years of customer service experience and a detail-oriented approach. Engage with predominantly English clientele while addressing French inquiries, contributing to a supportive and efficient team atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process orders, quotes, and warranties into ERP
• Engage customers through phone and email channels
• Provide timely updates on order deliveries
• Assist colleagues to ensure swift task completion
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of customer service experience required
• Ideal background in a call center environment
• Fluency in both French and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
• Experience with ERP systems is advantageous
