In this position, you will be instrumental in creating memorable guest experiences through proactive service and support. As a Guest Services Specialist, you will ensure smooth check-ins, handle guest inquiries, and assist with operational tasks while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Your role will encompass managing vendor logistics and addressing service requests effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exemplary hospitality during guest interactions
• Manage reception duties including check-ins and request resolution
• Support customer inquiries and complaints consistently
• Facilitate efficient vendor and guest coordination
• Assist in maintaining thorough log and storage of guest luggage
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service, hotel, or residential settings
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Multitask effectively in a busy environment
