This summer internship is funded through Canada's Canada Summer Jobs initiative. You will be critical in connecting with participants at Super Walk and Pedaling for Parkinson's. Your responsibilities will include managing inquiries and providing logistical support for successful event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage call and email inquiries related to events
• Offer online chat support for event attendees
• Proactively resolve participant and donor issues
• Assist on-site during Super Walk event
• Help with event participant recruitment and communications
Requirements:
• Pursuing a post-secondary degree suitable for the role
• Proven customer service experience
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and event software
• Willingness to work on weekends and travel
Support the mission of Parkinson Canada by providing exceptional service during impactful events.
