• Manage shared on-call duties with colleagues
• Execute daily and weekly cleaning tasks as scheduled

• Address and solve tenant-related issues effectively
Requirements:
• Experience in cleaning and customer service
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Familiarity with property management is a plus
