Order Picker - Overnight Shift at Home Depot

In this role, you will work as part of a team, utilizing lift truck equipment to prepare orders for customers. Your duties involve handling customer inquiries, assisting at the service desk, and ensuring a smooth checkout process. You’ll also check inventory and keep customers informed about order statuses, all while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pick and organize orders for pickup or delivery
• Verify order details for accuracy and quality
• Assist customers at the service desk with questions
• Operate cash register and process returns efficiently
• Utilize technology to manage inventory and orders
Requirements:
• Must be available evenings and weekends
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable with lifting merchandise for organization
• Experience with forklifts is preferable
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Support customer success and gain valuable experience with The Home Depot's overnight team as an Order Picker.
