• Ensure high accuracy in group enrolments
• Provide exceptional service to clients
• Research and address enrolment issues promptly
• Collaborate with other administrators when needed
• Identify process enhancements to meet client needs
Requirements:
• Experience managing relationships with stakeholders
• Capable of working under pressure
• Strong communication and relational skills
• Organized with problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in Microsoft Office is a plus
