Bilingual Portuguese Call Center Representative

Job Overview

Remote work from Canada. Bilingual Call Center Representative who will provide assistance in both English and Portuguese.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Portuguese.
• Translate and communicate clearly between languages.
• Assist customers with billing, account updates and general inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Follow company policies and procedures for customer interactions.
• Meet daily and monthly performance goals.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Prior bilingual customer‑service experience is preferred.
• Authorized to work in Canada.
• Willing to submit background and drug screening as required.

The role is largely sedentary with regular computer, telephone and office‑equipment use. Occasional reaching and lifting up to 40 pounds may be required.
