Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to assigned Oracle customers

Requirements:

• Over 10 years in Customer Success or related fields

• Experience with enterprise customers in IT environments

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems like Oracle and SAP

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to effectively engage with technical and executive teams
