Elevate customer service as a Service Manager d your team in optimizing safety and performance while handling key customer interactions seamlessly.
Cintas is on the hunt for a dynamic Service Manager to manage its customer-focused Service team.
Your role will include hiring, managing team performance, and providing critical support during customer service engagements. Leading by example, you will train your team to excel in sales techniques while ensuring safety in all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct hiring and performance reviews of service representatives
• Foster a safe and efficient working environment
• Perform goodwill visits to strengthen customer relationships
• Offer hands-on support during customer interactions
• Ensure team meets sales, profit, and inventory targets
Requirements:
• Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license
• High School Diploma/GED required;
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Preferred management experience or customer service background
• Ability to start within two weeks of the job offer
• Strong skills in customer service and operations management
