Become a key player at Pepsi Co as a Customer Service Associate Analyst, enhancing service delivery for the Canadian Field Sales team. Deliver timely, professional support through various communication channels.
In this role, you will facilitate customer interactions and manage requests from intake to resolution. Prioritizing tasks based on urgency and compliance with SLAs is essential, alongside maintaining data accuracy within internal systems like Power App. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be vital for seamless service delivery and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as main contact for customer and Field Sales inquiries
• Manage requests end-to-end with high accuracy
• Ensure compliance with SLAs prioritizing urgent tasks
• Maintain accurate customer and transactional information
• Monitor shared inboxes for timely follow-ups
Requirements:
• Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal
• Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years relevant experience
• Experience in customer service or operations support
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
