As a part-time Senior Customer Assistance Representative, you'll provide exceptional service at the forefront of our branch. With 25–30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, this role focuses on customer care, administrative support, and rental management. Experience comprehensive training and develop your skills while delivering high-quality service to each customer.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls regarding reservations and inquiries
• Assist customers in person and assess rental needs
• Ensure timely greetings and provide directions to customers
• Process vehicle returns and check-in procedures
• Clean vehicles and notify management of maintenance issues
Requirements:
• High school diploma required, some college preferred
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience
• Valid Class 5 Canadian driver’s license without major infractions
• Authorization to work in Canada and not require sponsorship
• Must be at least 18 years of age
