This is a temporary position within Service Nova Scotia, aimed at individuals with four years of customer service experience. In this role, you'll provide detailed information about programs and services while prioritizing excellent communication and teamwork. Your ability to analyze problems and maintain confidentiality will support the needs of the public and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Troubleshoot issues and guide clients through services
• Explain policies, procedures, and legislative requirements clearly
• Maintain confidentiality while addressing client concerns
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality service
Requirements:
• Four years of customer service experience, in person or via phone
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Capability to utilize web-based applications and software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and analyze customer issues
• Availability during contact centre hours, Monday to Friday
