Guest Relations Specialist

Position: Full-Time Guest Relations Specialist
Enhance guest experiences as a Full-Time Guest Relations Ambassador in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Drive total guest satisfaction and act as a key liaison within hotel departments for seamless service.

In this role, you'll be pivotal in ensuring guests’ needs are met while maintaining high service standards. You will require a high school diploma and two years of hotel experience, alongside strong communication and problem-solving skills. Your proactive approach will help facilitate a welcoming environment while supporting the management team in various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, emails, and other guest communications

• Assist in emergency response and comply with safety procedures

• Greet guests and verify appointments or reservations

• Provide recommendations for local attractions and services

• Manage guest requests for housekeeping and maintenance

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2 years of hotel experience in guest services or sales

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and professional appearance
