Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate check-in and boarding for passengers

• Assist passengers with reduced mobility and other needs
• Maintain passenger communication during baggage recovery
• Compile reports related to customer service inquiries
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in customer service, airline preferred
• Proficient with Google Docs and related applications
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Track record of positive customer interactions
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings
