This casual ICRL role collaborates with clients and the Diamond Bailey team to ensure comprehensive care and support. You will engage with community members, direct inquiries, manage client files, and ensure effective communication among departments. This dynamic position is perfect for those experienced in client relations and Indigenous cultural knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet community members and visitors at the facility
• Answer incoming calls and social media queries
• Maintain client records and update the database
• Assist with client orientation and tours of the facility
• Communicate inquiries and referrals to the appropriate coordinators
Requirements:
• Diploma in community social services or related field
• 2-3 years of experience with vulnerable populations
• Knowledge of community resources in Nova Scotia
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Be a vital support to urban Indigenous clients, contributing to their healing and stability at the Diamond Bailey Healing Centre.
