Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce Transport Canada and PAL Airlines policies

• Demonstrate emergency protocols for passenger safety

• Communicate critical flight updates to all onboard

• Resolve unexpected operational challenges for passengers

• Provide first aid as needed during flights

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 and valid US travel credentials

• Bilingual in French and English preferred

• Customer service experience desired

• Ability to maintain a restricted identification card

• Flexibility to work various shifts and extended travel
