As a Customer Host at Fit4

Less, you are responsible for providing friendly customer service and maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility. You'll engage with members, help them navigate memberships, and promote amenities. Your communication skills and dedication to maintaining a clean environment will contribute to a vibrant club atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness across workout areas and amenities

• Greet members and visitors warmly upon entry

• Educate customers on membership options and automation

• Report maintenance issues promptly to management

• Follow scheduled cleaning tasks consistently

Requirements:

• Completed high school diploma or working towards it

• Minimum 1 year in customer service environments

• Excellent verbal and written skills

• Certified in First Aid, CPR-A & AED

• Strong problem-solving abilities under stress
