Member Services Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome members and guests warmly

• Manage phone communications and inquiries

• Check members in and assist with tours

• Facilitate new member registrations and payments

• Maintain club cleanliness and orderliness

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Background in customer service preferred

• Proficient with basic computer tasks

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
