We are looking for dependable leaders to oversee daily parking operations and support frontline staff. Thriving in a dynamic atmosphere, you'll ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming experience for all customers.
Your role contributes significantly to team management and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all daily parking operations and staff activities
• Inspect equipment and parking areas for smooth operation
• Facilitate customer assistance with automated parking systems
• Count, collect, and accurately deposit all parking revenues
• Build positive relationships with customers and address complaints
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
• Previous supervisory and customer service experience
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
• Capable of lifting up to 30lbs and using basic tools
Lead and inspire your team while enhancing customer experiences at the QEII Hospital.
