Customer Storage Pick-Up Associate

Become a key player at Floor & Decor as a Customer Storage Pick-Up Associate. This role involves greeting customers, managing storage pick-up orders, and ensuring a seamless experience.

In this full-time or part-time position, you will greet and assist storage buy customers, manage orders using the car topper program, and demonstrate expertise in product knowledge. Handling customer information accurately and adhering to safety protocols during pick-ups are essential. Communication and interpersonal skills will be critical in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in storage buy process

• Manage pick-up orders per company guidelines

• Verify customer identities for authorized pickups

• Deliver storage buy orders in the POS system

• Maintain safety standards during lifting procedures

Requirements:

• 1 year of retail sales experience preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal abilities with all staff levels

• Self-starter, comfortable in busy environments

• Proficient in computer skills and project coordination
