Position: Full-Time Customer Service Agent C&D

You will be responsible for greeting incoming truck drivers and processing their vehicle weights in a safe manner at the Scale House.

• Welcome and assist customers as they arrive

• Operate the computerized truck scale system

• Collect and ascertain accurate load information

• Process payments and create invoices

• Maintain a safe and organized scale environment

Requirements:

• Proven customer service excellence and communication abilities

• Strong attention to detail and record accuracy

• Confidence in using computer systems and software

• Experience with payment handling is an advantage

• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence required
