Key Responsibilities:

• Drive customer engagement campaigns and communications

• Scale Absorb Academy for customer education

• Own product adoption strategies and content creation

• Build a network of customer champions for advocacy

• Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities

Requirements:

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS, with 5+ in customer-focused roles

• Proven track record of improving net revenue retention

• Experience in developing customer education programs

• Strong product-led growth understanding

• Data-driven approach to decision-making
