Key Responsibilities:
• Direct guests through parking and arrivals
• Guide guests in purchasing attraction tickets
• Support tour group check-ins and communicate changes
• Validate tickets for the Icefield Adventure
• Use the point-of-sale system with precision
Requirements:
• Guest service and cash handling experience
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather
• Self-motivated and positive attitude
• Proficiency in a second language is advantageous
