Position: Halifax Part Time Customer Concierge Role
Take part in enhancing resident experiences at Southport Apartments as a part-time Concierge with Killam Apartment REIT in Halifax, NS. The role is centered on hospitality and building management.

In this part-time position, you will work Monday to Friday from 4 PM to 7 PM, with additional on-call duties. You'll greet tenants, handle guest suite bookings, conduct unit inspections, and manage administrative tasks. This position is ideal for individuals who are friendly and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and greet building tenants

• Manage bookings for guest suites and communal areas

• Perform move in and move out inspections

• Share responsibilities for on-call support

• Deliver notices and handle tenant communications

Requirements:

• Excellent communication abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Positive and honest work ethic

• Ability to work cooperatively and independently

• Previous experience in a concierge role considered a benefit
