Elite Travel is searching for committed individuals for our Crew Travel division. This role is essential for those familiar with group travel logistics, adept at covering everything from last-minute bookings to addressing travel emergencies. Your ability to foster solid relationships with clients will drive repeat business and client satisfaction, making your role indispensable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all touchpoints

• Coordinate travel logistics, including bookings and emergencies

• Respond promptly to client inquiries and manage their needs

• Maintain organized client travel documentation

• Build strong client relationships through effective communication

Requirements:

• Fluent in French, both written and verbal

• 2+ years in Corporate or Crew Travel experience

• Knowledge of Sabre GDS is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and punctuality

• Excellent multitasking and organizational capabilities
