Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct administration for efficient service operations
• Create value by identifying performance improvement opportunities
• Work collaboratively with insurance partners for customer benefits
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and assist with light repairs
• Shuttle vehicles between repair shop and service centre
Requirements:
• Experience in service roles within retail, hospitality, or tourism
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license is essential
• Willingness to travel to different locations
• On-the-job training available, no formal qualifications required
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers
