Become a key player at Convergint in Halifax, NS, as a Service Coordinator. Lead customer interactions and ensure seamless service delivery with technicians and contractors.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customer service calls, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service coordination. Your duties include managing work orders, tracking service progress, and invoicing clients accurately. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer service inquiries and dispatch calls promptly

• Create and update service work orders within the iCare system

• Participate in weekly sessions to discuss service updates

• Compile customer satisfaction surveys and follow up effectively

• Support service supervisors in maintaining accurate On-Call listings

Requirements:

• Educational background in Business Administration preferred

• At least one year of experience in customer service roles

• Familiarity with financial processes in service environments

• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
